Annual Mass for the Anointing of the Sick

This celebration, which is organised by the parish Conference of the Society of St Vincent De Paul, is something to treasure. It provides many people – some of whom are housebound for much of the year – to come to celebrate Mass again in their parish church, to receive the sacrament of the Anointing of Sick and to meet with friends over a parish tea.

The 2008 celebration was a joyful time – and was an opportunity to begin our parish Week of St Paul, in this Jubilee Year of St Paul. Many thanks to all those who assisted – the members of the SVP, of the UCM, Neighbourcare and others.
