Our Parish Priest is Fr Allen Morris. Fr Allen came to the parish in the spring of 2007, having previously worked as Secretary to the Liturgy Office for the Bishops' Conference of England and Wales for five years. Before that, he taught at Allen Hall, the diocesan seminary, and served in the parishes of Shepherd's Bush, as parish priest, and North Harrow, as an assistant priest.
Sister Brigid Collins, our Parish Sister, has been associated with the parish for a good number of years now, in fact since she was 16 when she entered the convent of the Sisters of Mercy in Harewood Avenue. Sister Brigid looks after a great range of activities including the Union of Catholic Mothers, Parents and Toddlers' groups, the Youth Mercy Associates (our youth groups)..... the list could go on!
Fr Alexander Master was ordained in 2004 at the Oratory in Oxford, and worked as chaplain to the Oxford Radcliffe Hospitals NHS Trust before coming to St John's Wood in September 2006. His particular responsibilities in the parish and diocese include his work as chaplain at St Joseph's School and membership of the diocesan Youth Chaplaincy team.
Fr William Ochojila is the most recently arrived member of our parish team. Fr William comes from the north of Nigeria, and since his ordination in 1998 has served in two parishes, and as catheral administrator in the diocese of Otukpo. His hobbies include meeting people, watching football and reading, and he is looking forward to working in our parish.
