The parish is situated a little to the north of London's West End. Mostly it lies within the postal district of NW8, and is bounded by Randolph Avenue and Warwick Crescent to the west, Bell Street and Marylebone Road to the south, Broad Walk to the east, and Carlton Hill, Queen's Grove and Radlett Place to the north.
